1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Brickmate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms, you are prohibited from using the platform. These terms govern your use of our directory, consultant registrations, bookings, and payments.

2. Consultant Registrations & Subscriptions

Consultants registering on the platform must adhere to the following rules:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete profile information, including contact details and professional fields.
• Uploading fraudulent certificates, falsified profiles, or misrepresenting credentials will result in immediate profile suspension.
• Subscription plans (Premium Profiles) and promotional ads are billed on a recurring or one-time basis. All fees paid are non-refundable.

3. Booking & Consultation Coordination

Brickmate serves solely as an intermediary scheduling software. We do not manage the execution of consultations. Any booking cancellations, schedule adjustments, or service refund claims must be resolved directly between the consultant and the client.

4. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any consultant account or delete promotional ads that violate our guidelines, receive client complaints, promote illegal activities, or fail verification processes.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida.
